Jason and his wife, Tina, built their lives in Central Florida, raised their family, and learned firsthand that starting over can sometimes teach you more than succeeding ever could. His years in corporate leadership sharpened the skills that would become foundational to his real estate career — negotiating, communicating, solving complex problems, understanding people, and leading through difficult situations.
