Your right to opt out
Some U.S. state laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and other states — give you the right to tell a business not to “sell” or “share” your personal information.
- “Sell” means exchanging personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
- “Share” means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising — that is, targeted ads based on your activity across different websites.
Does Jason Stone sell or share my information?
Jason Stone does not sell your personal information for money. As a real estate professional, he may share limited information with trusted service providers who help run the business — for example, the platform that hosts this website, the email service that delivers your messages, and analytics tools that measure site traffic. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide their service, not for their own advertising.
When you submit a lead, showing request, or home value request, your contact details may be shared with Jason Stone’s brokerage, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, and with the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as needed to respond to your inquiry. This is a service to you, not a sale or a cross-context advertising share.
How to opt out
Because we do not sell your information or share it for cross-context advertising, there is nothing to opt out of at this time. If that ever changes, we will post a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of this site and in this policy.
If you would still like to request that we:
- Limit the use of your personal information, or
- Stop contacting you for marketing, or
- Delete the personal information we hold about you,
you may submit that request at any time. Please include enough detail for us to verify your identity.

Email JStone@bhhsflpg.com or call 863.838.8972. You may also use the contact form on any property page. We will confirm receipt within ten business days and respond within 45 days, as required by applicable law.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Please provide written permission for the agent and enough information for us to verify both your identity and the agent’s authority.
Nondiscrimination
We will not discriminate against you, deny you service, or charge you a different price for exercising any privacy right described here.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date below. Your continued use of the site after any change means you accept the updated policy.
